Achieving primary goal for the visitor is the conversion. The conversion can be a purchase, registration, phone call, download, lead form, ad click, donation, newsletter subscription, or page view depending on the type of website. You can have more than one conversion goals e.g. if the visitor doesn’t make a purchase then the secondary goal can be to get the visitor subscribed to the newsletter (which could be a potential for the primary conversion later)
